Wallis Sands Beach Day!

Come enjoy a day at the beach in Rye with your Rochester community! Bring your bathing suit, a towel, pack a lunch with water and bring lots of sunscreen! If you are driving and want to bring your children and grandchildren- the more the merrier! Michelle will be bringing a bluetooth speaker to play some classics (email her some of your favorites to add to a playlist), she will be bringing bocce and possibly corn hole. There will most likely be another vehicle going where we will be putting beach chairs in- so bring those as well. There are bathrooms onsite. This will be a lot of sun time so please dress appropriately and bring sun umbrella's if you feel it is necessary. Michelle can help transport belongings from the car to the beach.

The van is available for this trip. If you would like to ride in the van, please select the "van seat" option when registering. The cost to ride in the van is $5. The $5 should be paid in cash or check upon arrival. The van will leave the Rec Center at 9:30AM at the very latest. We will leave the beach no later than 2:30PM.
If you are driving yourself, there may be a parking fee of $15 (though may be cheaper if you can show you are a New Hampshire Senior Citizen.)

Registration and Baseline or Activity Membership is required for the van. No membership required if you drive yourself or drop-in; all are welcome to show up and join us at the beach!
