Programs
Gear up for an adrenaline-fueled with Rochester Recreation and Arena's 6-week indoor high school lacrosse program. This is a program geared towards incoming freshman through the Class of 2025 looking to get their last reps in. All skill levels are welcome. Full gear is required, including helmet and protective pads. Sneakers are needed for the concrete surface.
Each game will be a 1-hour slot that includes a 5-minute warm-up, 2 25-minute running halves and a 5-minute half time. Games will run 6pm-7pm.
When: Fridays beginning 6/27 and running through 8/7 (off 7/4).
Where: Rochester Arena at 45 Lowell St (Indoors)
Cost: Registration required. $60/resident $70/nonresident, including game jersey.
Age: Rising freshman (currently in 8th grade)- 12 (graduating senior)
