50+ Pep In Your Step Spring Session 2

Pep in Your Step- Beginner fitness class for those over 50 taught by top and fun instructor Heidi Keenan. This class is for someone who needs light exercises to stay functional and mobile. This class includes light cardio, weights and calisthenics This will be a 6-week class will keep you moving at a less aggressive pace than our popular power class. It's guaranteed to keep that pep in your step!!
